Terms of Use

Last updated: March 17, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Al Sayad Document Clearing (“the Portal”), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Portal is an internal management system intended only for authorized users within our organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Portal.

2. Authorized Use Only

Access to the Portal is restricted to users who have been granted permission by the organization. You may use the Portal only for internal management work and in accordance with your role and the organization’s policies. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to use your account. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

3. Google Account Linking

Certain features may allow you to connect a Google account (e.g. for Gmail integration to support document clearing and email-based workflows). By connecting your Google account, you authorize the Portal to access only the data and permissions you approve during the consent flow. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings. Use of Google data is limited to the stated internal purposes of the Portal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Portal in a lawful and professional manner. You must not use the Portal to upload, transmit, or process illegal, offensive, or confidential content in violation of policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for complying with internal data-handling and security guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property and Data

The Portal, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the organization. Data you submit through the Portal remains subject to the organization’s data and confidentiality policies. The organization may use and retain such data as needed to operate the Portal and fulfill its internal purposes.

6. Availability and Modifications

We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may also update these Terms of Use; continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the organization shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal. The Portal is provided for internal use “as is” within the scope of these terms.

8. Contact
